The Paso del Norte Health Foundation recently awarded 13 grants totaling more than $1.3 million under the Disease Prevention & Management priority area to implement initiatives and programs for diabetes prevention, early detection, and management in the region.

To provide diabetes education, incorporate medical advisory support, expand culinary education, and leverage upgraded data systems for improved health outcomes within the Paso del Norte Region.
