The 6th Annual El Paso Behavioral Health Consortium Progress Summit will be held

The event brings together behavioral health stakeholders, health professionals, civic and business leaders, and public officials to recognize efforts of local organizations and agencies working together to improve community mental health and addiction service and support systems. This year the event will be held in a virtual environment open to the public.

Guest speakers will provide valuable information about the future of mental health and addiction services: Ms. Linda Rosenberg, MSW, Director of External Relations, Columbia University Department of Psychiatry

Linda Rosenberg works on focusing on public and private sector partnerships that expand effective mental health and addictions services.

Dr. Andrew Keller, CEO, Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute

Andrew Keller, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health policy, financing and best practices. The Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute is a Texas-based nonprofit that provides nonpartisan policy and program research, development, and advice to state and local leaders towards a single goal: improving mental health care delivery in Texas. Melissa Rowan, MSW, MBA, Executive Vice President for Policy Implementation at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute

Melissa Rowan has 25 years working in and around Texas and national behavioral health and health systems focusing on broad health care issues, managed care and behavioral health.

John Petrila, JD, Senior Executive Vice President of Policy at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute

John Petrila is an attorney with 40 years of experience in mental health law and policy.

The El Paso Behavioral Health Consortium envisions an accessible, person-centered behavioral health system of care for the El Paso region. The Consortium engages behavioral health stakeholders and existing community action groups through its Leadership Councils (Family Leadership, Justice Leadership and Integration Leadership) for data informed, coordinated, efforts to address service gaps and improve continuity of care.
