New media campaign for Diabetes Now What?

Our newest mini-media campaign promotes in a clear voice the Diabetes Now What? website and resources available to our community in both English and Spanish. This campaign will run between mid-September and November and is funded by the Paso del Norte Health Foundation. The goal is to help individuals with diabetes or recently diagnosed find the tools to manage their diabetes. For more information visit https://www.diabetesnowwhat.org/

PDNHF Initiative: Diabetes

To develop, lead, and fund organizational and systems improvements, evidence-based programs, and awareness activities for diabetes prevention, early detection and management. This philosophy of work in diabetes provides educators, advocates, and those who are at risk or living with diabetes so that together we can promote change.
